Business Trip to Sonora, California For my last blog post, I’m switching it up yet again! We did bars, coffee shops, one book review, and now I’m going to write about my trip to Sonora, California. Consider me a travel blog now! What started as a group project for Practical Advantage, our COMM 474 capstone class, turned into a weekend packed with adventure, teamwork, and meaningful work in Sonora, California. Along with my classmates, we hit the road to support our client, the Central Sierra Economic Development District (CSEDD). The mission? Gather content for their social media, distribute flyers, connect with locals and government officials, and get hands-on experience in the communities we’ve been serving from afar.
